Refund & Return Policy

At arctek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, email sonnyy209@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

Our policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
